The machine is designed for full-time production: cuts steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous materials.















TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION


Specially designed Turntable equipped with two movable material stops and two pair of T-slots, one in the center of the round table for regular cuts up to 6" x 3" (150mm x 75mm) straight and 5" x 2 1/2" (125mm x 67mm), 45 degrees left and right.




Second pair of T-slots are located close to the pivot point of the gearbox. This position is only for straight cuts.

Chanal: 9.5" x 3.5" (240mm x 87mm)
Rectangular: 10" x 2.5" (250mm x 63mm)
Rectangular: 7" x 3.5" (175mm x 87mm)




Turntable can be equipped with two opposing vices, mounted in the front or the rear T-slots. That allows to cut 2" x 6" 45 degree (shown above), 4" x 4" 45 degree, 4" x 2" 60 degree, slitting and notching.

For slitting and notching the turning range of the turntable is 90 degrees left and right.










Two opposing vices also allows to cut 10" deep.
